Students will learn about paddock and stall management. They will learn about the different products that are available for bedding, water and feed storage. They will learn about physical safety requirements both in the barn and in the paddock.

Students will learn how to determine feed needs, evaluate pony and horse condition and will learn how to organize a feed schedule. Students will learn about the equipment needed for basic stable care and how to maintain that equipment.

Students will learn how to organize a facility that will be safe, pleasant to visit and easy to clean and maintain.
